ASK ! ! There is no better way !!

Most of us feel 'ashamed'(?) to ASK, whatever it may be !

Is it trait being taught in our education system ?
Is this a habit being encouraged by parents - inadvertently ?
Or is this a genetic fault for the entire 'homosepian' species ?
